Can I switch from taking Acacia with water to adding it into recipes?

I have been taking Acacia for about 2 months and I had to stop two days ago since I ran out of it and I haven't received my order yet.

Amazingly, I am feeling very good even though I'm not taking the Acacia. I usually take one tablespoon before breakfast and another one before dinner. I always put it into a glass of water with some juice. I am a little tired with drinking that mixture twice a day and I was wondering if I could just bake some muffins or cookies and put Acacia in them instead. I could then have my Acacia as snacks or deserts. I do drink lots of water throughout the day. Do I need to drink water at the same time that I take the powder?
Would Acacia change the taste of the recipes and how much would I put in it?

Yes, Chantale, you can sprinkle acacia on your cereal -- or whatever. I don't know about baking with it, though. Would you really want to put it in muffins? What if someone came over for afternoon tea? You wouldn't want to serve those muffins, now, would you?
