Ok - I love my water, but I have to say, it is getting a little boooring. I was a BIG diet coke, crystal light, fruit20... drinker!! All artificial sweetners. And I am starting to miss those flavors of the other drinks.

What are some other drinks that would be safe to drink in large quantities? I did get some safe cranberry juice, but I mainly have a small glass of that in the morning with breakfast.

Need some ideas!!

Hi Bethany,

How about flavored uncarbonated water? Or you can make any of your teas iced.

No, honey, you need that water. Try squeezing some lemon on it. Put it on ice, in your favorite crystal glass. How elegant! Maybe even in your best wine glass. Ooooh.

BTW, we just bought our fridge for the new house. Did you know that the new ones have water filters in them, so you can safely drink the water? We'll be able to do away with our floor-standing water dispenser and stop buying our water by the 5-gallon jugs and hauling them back from the store every week! YIPPEE!

You need to become addicted to it. My best friend is hooked on water. She drinks more than anyone I've ever seen. When I was working with her, she was always filling her sports bottle from the office cooler. I asked her how many she has a day, and she said she estimates she drinks around 20 cups a day. While that sounds excessive, she's NEVER had a bladder infection -- NEVER! And she told me it's really helped keep her from eating (she's got a GREAT figure!). When I asked how I can get addicted to the stuff, she said that the more you drink it, the more you want to drink it. After awhile, you really crave it.

I'm working on that addiction thing, but I haven't made it yet. I will, though -- I WILL!

I'm working on the addiction thing too!! I need some more time. My sweet-tooth makes is hard sometimes - it just wants more flaaaavor!!

If I make some ice-tea, what sugar would you put in it. I am trying to reduce my sugar intake. Would Stevia be fine?

Also, I looove my filtered water refigerator! I fill up my water bottle every morning and take it to work with me!! Yippy!!
