Are all herbal teas fine for IBS and I used to love nonfat frozen yogurt seeing as that is out can anyone give me brand names of things to try? oh wait one more question can we eat chicken? can;t remember

I don't know about the frozen yogurt, but I eat boneless, skinless WHITE meant only, I never fry it, if I do I use Pam or something, it has never bothered me, unless it was a bad chicken.....I pretty much stick to whitemeat chicken, whitemeant turkey, and fish, not shell fish, i love them, but they are bottom eaters and I hate to go into what they means........... hope this helps. If you get chicken or turkey lunch meat, check the fat content and check for sodium nitrite, do not get anything with sodium nitrite, not only bad for IBS, bad all around.

tea is safe as long as it is caffeine free! If you get heartburn, beware of peppermint tea tho! I think some sorbets are safe, you gotta check ingredients...also tofuti cutties I think are safe. HTH!

Just watch your fat content on soy frozen desserts and never eat on an empty stomach. Cold food on an empty stomach can be a trigger - makes the muscles tense up.
