Today will be a challenge since I'm not feeling well (migraine), but here goes:
1. strawberries - DONE
2. pineapple juice - DONE
3. baked potato for dinner?

Need to check my list. Today could be a problem. Need help here, kids.

Have you tried a masseuse for migraines? Mine helps me alot and also works on my digestive system

thanks for your responses. yep, i had no appetite and had to give up on the f&v for the day. (Can't eat peaches and plums BTW, allergic.) I didn't think of soup, that would have been a good idea. I'll try to remember it next time.
i'll keep the massage idea in mind also.
