Hi everyone! I have done SO WELL on my new IBS diet! Found tons of my triggers, and have had NO D (unless anxiety or excitement brings it on)!!!!! The one and only food that I can say I miss more than anything is Pork Tenderloin/or Pork Loin. Does anyone on these message boards ever eat this in moderation with no problem? I am tempted to "try" a bit and see what happens. It's the leanest cuts as far as I know. Any and ALL feed back would be SO APPRECIATED!!! Thanks loads! Tanya

I don't eat it, but if you really want to try it, do so with lots of other soluble stuff (potatoes, after supplement, etc.). I did something similar for my birthday. My fiance made me a small piece of venison, and I had lots of soluble with it. I did it on a Friday night too, just in case! But, I ended up doing fine. It's not something I'd do ALL the time. It was just a b-day thing for me.

Hi Tanya; I've eaten pork tenderloin and/pork loin (very lean), after I've eaten a potatoe and bread first; and have had no problems. Try it when you are pretty stable first and also on a weekend. Good luck! sue
