Just wanted to share how excited I am about getting my Acacia today!!

I've been anticipating it's arrival for a couple weeks now...and I'm gonna start it tonight.

1 tsp twice a day to start and then I'll slowly increase it...

I'm crossing my fingers and hoping it's gonna help!! I've been really C for the past week or so...but with no sore tummy...it's kinda weird....so hopefully this stuff will get me unclogged...haha...grosssssss.....

I got mine 4 days ago, and love it. What do you mix yours with?

I mix mine with evrything and anything! My fave has got to be a mug of warm soy milk. And if I'm being bad I add a spoonful of honey. Mmmm.

I wanted to ask why Acacia is so much better than metamucil. My doctor told me to take metamucil, and I have and I think it works ok. Would acacia help my C? Maybe I will buy it if it will!

Acacia works for both C & D, just like all of the fiber supplements do. Metamucil tends to cause more gas & bloating than others. But, if you're doing fine on the Metamucil, there's no need to switch. You need to use what works for you - and if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
