Fiber Supplements - when to take....

Hi! I'm sure most of you take a fiber supplement of some kind. They all say take at least two hours before or after taking medications. My medication schedule makes it really hard to abide by this and still take the supplement. I don't take any medications that can't be taken with food. What do the rest of you do??? Thanks.

Heather always says that if you can take your meds with food, it should be fine to take with your fiber supplement.

Luckily, I don't have to take any meds, and I take my fiber supplement first thing in the morning and again before dinner.

Thanks! My husband and I both take meds AND fiber supplements. The meds I take for Crohn's are pretty heavy-duty, so I don't want to take a chance on messing them up. Just trying to be careful. Any other opinions out there?
