Sorry, I don't like eggs too much, even egg whites. I use tofu to make a scrambled egg which is pretty good.

I buy soynut butter in the natural foods section of my grocery store, but if yours doesn't carry it you might need to go to a health food store. It tastes a lot like PB to me, but maybe that's just because I've gotten so used to it. If you've ever had soynuts, it tastes like them.... but creamier!

I buy I.M. Healthy brand. I use the regular creamy most of the time, but also love their chocolate once and a while as a special treat. Unfortunately it's a lot higher in fat, so I use that sparingly... but their regular is a lot lower in fat than PB!

love orowest waffles, they come in blueberry, plain that I know of and they are IBS safe food. You can get them at specialty stores or check out their website for a store near you that may carry them. www.orowest.com I love having waffles or IBS safe pancakes with soy yogurt usually peach flavored or raspberrry and a half of banana. I alternate during the week with rice chex and rice milk or rice crunch um cereals. Sometimes if on the go a slice of Zucchini bread and a glass of rice milk hot cocoa and a half of banana. Sometimes a muffin like cran-orange and 1 soy yogurt plain, chamomile tea. Breakfast s my favorite part of the day I have noproblems having breakfast everday, my problem is evening meals so I don't eat past 5 or 6 pm, just have lite snack.

Well I bough the soynut butter and it is YUMMY....however, I don't think my tummy knows it's any different than regular peanut butter.

No worries. Everyone is different. Maybe having it on an empty stomach isn't the best time to have it. I have to try new things or else my life will be evry borong.
