well for those that might remember me i was under the name of jenz but i havent been on here for so long i forgot my password (blush) - the reason i havent been on here and i know its nto really good enough is that i had been following heathers diet and felt fantastic no attack in months on end then today out of the blue i was hit and in complete pain - and i know what i had that triggered it so now im on here to re educate myself and hopefully get some tips ! sorry i been away i hope im welcomed back as much as i was the first time xxx jeni

I am newish. I don't know that I was on the boards when you were in the past, but I'm glad to have you back but SORRY it's on such cruddy terms.
I, too, was on the diet then took it a little too far. Coasted for a while with tolerable symptoms, then BLAM! I guess I learned my lesson.  I'm not gonna cheat again.
Anyway, glad to see you, sorry you're ill. You'll catch right back up, I'm sure.
