I wish it was just water weight...I can eat a whole BOX of pasta with cheese and sauce without blinking an eye! (I used to be a measely 100 lbs at 5"6...I weight about 140 now......not just from the prednisone I've been overeating this year....but THIS IS RIDICULOUS!) I hope when I go off I will go on a serious diet! I'm gonna need a new wardrobe if I keeo this up (and we can't afford it!) I wish I could be strong right now. I wish I could cry. does that make sense? I'm sad...but I can't cry. My whole system is weird! Have you been on prednisone before? It sounds like you're familair with it... I hope I can get a therapist. It depends on insurance. I REALLY think I could benefit greatly. Sometimes I just feel so alone going through all this. I'm glad I have these boards and friends like you Jen! If I can't afford therapy...the boards will be my therapy (not a bad option I gotta admit!!!!) Thank you SO MUCH Jen....you're GREAT! I hope it DOES stop attacking me soon.....but it'd better watch out! Cause I'm fightin' back I have 3 jobs now. Tutoring, telemarketing, and an assistant teaching position (which I'm actually still waiting for it to go through with the school disrict). I'm still trying to suport my hubby while he's in seminary. It's tough.... The good news is I have all of you and a wonderful husband.... I feel VERY fortunate to know you all... I wish I was strong...trying to be! I take vitmains, but I doubt they're getting absorbed between the antibiotics I'm on and the prednisone. I'm on meds so frequently...and I've read that they counteract the absorption of nutrients (no wonder I'm so down!) I'm so happy to hear you don't need therapy because you're coping...that's FABULOUS news! Good for you!
