I'm trying to diet and be careful not to bloat the stomach. Any suggestions on what I can eat?

A small bread roll with smoked salmon! What i had today. Are you on a losing-weight-kind-of-diet or just the IBS one?

A bowl of cereal. A baked potato. Plain pasta. White rice. For protein, broiled chicken breast or tuna packed in water. Cooked carrots.

Lose weight one with excercise, and it seems that everything that i'm suppose to eat has Whey in it, which is not goog for IBS...right? Can't drink a protein drink because of dairy. brown rice v/s white rice, wheat bread v/s white, it goes on and on.

Ah, but you CAN drink a protein drink, my friend!

See my post, here: soy protein powder. It's not a protein shake, but it is a powder you can add to a fruit smoothie (or other foods). I use it as a mini-meal. Yum!
