Fennel in pill form

Does anyone know if instead of the fennel tea, there is a pill form? Does it work? I have trouble brewing teas at work and would love and alternative!

I don't know about a pill but I came across a tincture at my health food store- you just put a dropperful in a glass with a bit of water. I don't use fennel, I use lemon balm, and the lemon balm tincture works just as well as the tea!
Anyone else tried this????

Yep, fennel does come in a pill form.
I use Fennel Seed from Nature's Way, found online and in most health food stores.
I take it three times a day, after meals.
