Is Zucchini soluble or insoluble? And..........

Hey, Is Zucchini soluble or insoluble? And, why is the squash okay with all the seeds? Same for Zuc. Please don't think this is a dumb ?!!!!!! Still learning!

I think that's a very good question! Zucchini and all other kinds of squash are mostly soluble, so they're some of the safest veggies. They also have some insoluble fiber, though, so for me they're a great way to safely get my insolubles. As for the seeds, if I'm going to be slicing them, etc., I cut the seeds out. Yes, you get a little less that way, but it makes them very safe. If I'm going to be shredding them for bread or pureeing squash for soup I don't worry about it because the seeds get pulverized that way and aren't a problem. I've never had any issues with squash when using it this way. I hope that helps!
