I'm not quite sure what to do because I am sick and usually when I get like this I drink lots of juice b/c I feel very lethargic and that helps. I just called the dr. and she will call back but I know with my symptoms they say drink lots of juice. So, what do I do? I had some apple yesterday and it was ok but didn't have much. Any suggestions would be great. I'm going on vacation tom. for a week and this just sucks! I tell you if it's not one thing it's another.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well! When I'm sick I usually just drink as much water and herbal tea as possible. And sometimes I stir Ginger Ale until the fiz is gone and drink some of that... just because that's what my mom always did when I was younger! I think the most important thing is to make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids of some kind. Get well soon!

Cranberry juice is safest for IBS. Apple beware - I've had serious attacks after drinking apple juice. Make sure it's not a cranberry "cocktail" - as guess what's in it? Yep - apple juice.
