mornin' Heather; Iam up to 2 t. of acacia at 2x/day. I AM FINDING that with the powder I can't eat as much french or sourdough bread with meals and am wondering when I get up to full dosage if there is another kind of bread ,lighter bread that would do instead. Barring that, what is there to have for lunch that woukd be satisfying enough with the acacia but not as heavy as french bread ,etc. thanks.

Louis, I'm not Heather, but have you tried a dairy-free Italian bread? I find Italian breads to be a lot lighter. Maybe that would be less filling for you!

hI KREE; No, I haven't yet but maybe I will give it a try. I take it, italian bread is soluble fibre?
