experience attacks from D? I've been eating pretty much what I want (a little bit careful) but not alot. I have gone once today and not much gas and feel good. I don't want to expect it to all come crashing down on me. Then I think it's b/c I haven't eaten much soluble fiber...too afraid of it. I used to eat so much fruit and veggies. I do eat them but not like I used to. Maybe I'm ending up more C b/c I don't eat enough? I was nervous the other night and actually didn't go like I normally do. Is it possible I'm not IBS or it's just a quiet time for me. Can IBS be brought on by stress and then disappear again?

Thanks!
Sandy

I think a lot of us have times when our symptoms fluctuate. I know I definitely have good and bad periods that can last from days to months. The things about triggers is that they won't neccesarily bother you every time, but just beware because something that was fine for you the day before might bring on an attack the next day. Yes, you can probably relax about some things and sneak in some extra veggies when you're feeling great, but I wouldn't start eating dairy, etc., because it would be bound to bother you at some point! Does that make sense?
