Hello all, I've found a couple of useful sites that you might like to take a look at. The first one has a list of some foods and their content of soluble and insoluble fibre. The address is: www.ottawahealth.ca/PDFs/FibreGuide.pdf I would be interested to know from Heather or anyone else what ratio soluble to insoluble fibre, make the safest foods. French bread and psyllium are of course obvious goodies but I was a bit confused by oatmeal and wheatgerm (no answer to my post on this one) The second site is on constpation but, as a diarrhea sufferer, I found it helpful too. It explains fibre clearly. It is www.cpublichealth.co.nz/files/NUTOO64.pdf Let me know what you think. By the way, if ANY of you do plan a trip to Paris, do let me know. I am always glad to speak english ( break from this difficult, though beautiful language) and if you can stomach it, I'd love to share a naughty boulangerie treat.
bye for now,
Claire

Claire - those 2 websites--when I clicked on them it told me the page was unavailable. Do I have to put them into my browser and go from there? And, Paris, France or Paris, Texas, mon ami? Sharon
