Oh, and i did have one oateal raisin cookie. what could of caused m y horrible stomach ache today, could it have been that one cookie??

Did you check the ingredients in the bagel? I have always check because a lot of brands put milk, whey, eggs..etc. Some sort of trigger. I check all the labels before I buy or eat anything. You would be surprised at how many things you think would be safe have triggers in them. So always check labels. I have a hard time finding bagels and english muffins that don't have milk or eggs.

The oatmeal cookie could of hade milk, eggs, butter or oil. Did you buy it or make your self?

Hope this helps!

I'd check the ingredients on the nutrigrain. I think they have milk. That, plus the cookie.

I blame the fat. Nature Valley granola bars have 35% fat. My oatmeal cookies have 39% fat. Both are way above our 25% limit. If there was mayo on the sub that you had, that's an additional high percentage of fat. Don'tcha hate it when that happens?

Hope you feel better soon.

I know I have to be careful with deli turkey, cause it is injected with MSG,which really wrecks my system. Healthy choice does not contain it. It does get easier shopping for the right foods!!

My guess it would be the entire day of food, do you usually eat that much and did you space it out? Oatmeal cookies have lots of fat, if they are good ones. I eat the nutragain bars from kellogs and they only have 3 grms of fat per bar they have non fat dry milk, but don't see any eggs, they are really good. You may try them. I usually find it's the one things I really want and know I shouldn't have is what does it to me, my guess the cookie
