LAVASH BREAD?

i bought these tortilla like roll ups called lavash bread and i wanted to kno if they were ok to eat...they look kinda whole wheat-like but it doesnt mention it in the ingredients...they are:
unbleached enriched wheat flour(enriched with thaimine,mononitrate, vitamin b1, riboflavin, vitamin b2, niacin, folic acid), water, sugar, salt, baking powder, yeast, cultured wheat starch.
i guess i just dont kno what the cultured wheat starch is...i wanted to have one with chicken inside of it like a wrap tonite for dinner and wasnt sure if it was ok.
any help??

I eat them without problems, just watch the fat content! I usually look for the no fat ones!
