Three Healthy Weeks!!

Hi, all --
I've made it three weeks without an attack of D!! I've added back a little whole grain, cooked carrots and peas, a little roast chicken and some tuna salad (and other things, that's just all I can remember right now). Feeling real good. Now if only it would get warm enough so I could start walking again, I'd be all set! Supposed to be in the 30's here tomorrow -- heat wave!!

Congrats Laura! I'm so happy for you! Doesn't it feel good to start eating more foods again?
And I certainly understand about not wanting to walk... you'd freeze your butt off!! So you're getting into the 30s tomorrow? Wow, that is a heat wave! I wonder if that's coming up my way too?
