I've been taking a powdered multivitamin for quite a while now, as I've been concerned about my nutrient intake. Now I'm wondering if it might be adding to my problems. So, out of curiosity, how do multivitamins affect YOU???

Not at all. I've been taking multivitamins religiously for 21 years now -- actually before my IBS. Maybe that's why they don't bother me. Do a search in this board, because I know this has been discussed before and there was a lot of input about it.

Hi Michele! I took OTC prenatal vitamins when pregnant with both of my sons (now 3 yrs and 1 yr). I am C and did well with them. I tried to take the rx vitamins with iron but it will made my C worse. I spent $30 on them and ended up throwing them away.
