I've always had trouble taking a multivitamin. Does anyone have a suggestion for a multivitamin for sensitive stomachs like ours? Also - Caltrate is the recommended Calcium supplement. How much do I take?

wac - re calcium dosage--depends on how old you are. If a woman is very young, the dosage is different than for a woman, say 58 and post menopausal. Where do you fall?

Try a prenatal vitamin. They are easy on the stomach. I think I read that in one of Heather's books somewhere...

wac - one thing to remember: Never take vitamins on an empty stomach. I take my A.M. vits/meds after my breakfast of oatmeal--that way they have something soft to land on (just kidding about the landing) but...I've taken vits on an empty stomach and it made me nausous. Now I always take my pills on a full tummy unless the prescription says otherwise.
