Hi Nurturing,

I took the GingerAid the other night when I was so nauseated; it really did seem to help.

I add sugar to all my teas; I can't drink any without it (except for Constant Comment).

I also load up my tea with sugar. I figure if I am being good to my stomach by avoiding coffee I can at least not feel guilty about the added sugar!

Have you tried the Bigelow teas? I've gotten hooked on their fruit teas which are so fruity that I don't need sugar. They have blueberry, orange, lemon, cranberry apple, and a bunch of others.

They sell them in most grocery stores. I have tried a few kinds but I am addicted to the Peppermint!

I put sugar in all my teas. Ginger Aid tea by
Traditional Medicinals is the best thing I have
found for my stomach as far as teas are concerned.
It's also good for many other things like sinus
and colds. I don't really like the taste of it
because it's so spicy but I drink it ALL the time.
It makes me burp and it calms down my stomach.
I am trying to stay away from peppermint tea
because it really aggrivates my GERD.
