I thought I was beginning to get stable. I had some rice with honey mustard sauce for lunch, rice with soy sauce for early dinner and a few bites of peaches baby food (as pureed as it gets! And my stomach is going bonkers! Is IBS all I have...? I began burping, hiccuping, got gassy, and even felt a tad nauseous. Any suggestions what's causing this--and what I can do to fix it? Thanks y'all!

I don't know - did you eat anything else?? I do know that I still have a lot of trouble with fruit and have had my IBS under "control" for a few years. Try another fruit. Have you tried applesauce? It's pureed AND cooked. I wish I could give you more suggestions.

Check the ingredients on the honey mustard. There may have been MSG or fructose (both bring on attacks for me), I think MSG has lactose in it. I remember I had some honey mustard once with out looking at the ingredients and I was not feeling to well after so I checked them and saw something in it that bothered me and I believe it was fructose or msg. Could the baby food of had fructose in it also, I don't know I haven't eaten it since I was a baby. With all said I no I can't have honey mustard.
