So we are not far from each other. I found a place in Ancaster- Bennett's Apple and Cider that sells hull less popcorn. I am going to get some this week as I miss popcorn so much when my kids are eating it

I love popcorn I will have to go and get some also. Have you found a place that has soy parmesan cheese in are area. I haven't looked to hard yet, but thought you might know. I love cheese and especially parmesan. That's really neat you live so close.

Jones-I have been to the 2 Fortinoes near us plus Ultra Mart- no luck!!!! If you find some let me know. Have you heard of Bennett's before?

Yes I have heard of Bennett's. Yesterday I called goodness me on the mountain (1000 upper Gage) and I asked them if they sell soy parmesan and cream cheese and they said yes. I'm going Saturday to get some. I've been to goodness me before and it's great and they just moved to make it bigger and better. I haven't been there since I've been following heather diet, but I remember they even have a restaurant so being a health food store they may have IBS friendly foods.
