I'm trying very diligently to stay "safe" and attack free at least until my tests are done next week and we know for sure what I'm dealing with (most likely IBS as suspected). Well, the kids are gone this weekend (whoo hoo!!!!!!!) because Friday I was feeling so poorly Eric just took them up to my mom's they'll stay up there till my tests are done Tuesday. So he and I went out Saturday ALONE and picked out some things to work on our yard and wanted to grab some lunch. As a joke he suggested Hooters because he'd been told they have really great food, none of us had been there. I said Sure why not! He was sort of surprised but said well let's give it a try. I have to admit those girls in those outfits have no idea how ridiculous they look, but whatever... I was actually laughing at how many families and kids were in there! And the food really is good! But to my point.... I sat there as usual when we go out, wondering what on earth I would eat. I found the best thing!!! They have a grilled chicken PASTA salad, it's just that 3 colored pasta (I verified no mayo or oils), tomatoes, apples slices, diced onion, and topped with grilled chicken that had good flavor to it but no grease or heavy anything. It was SO GOOD and didn't bother me at ALL!!! I wanted to order a second one to take home for dinner. So if you can stand to look at buxom girls in tight tank tops and short shorts, there is a very yummy safe meal waiting for you at Hooter's!! Eric of course enjoyed his Philly Steak which looked yummy too but I wouldn't touch that with a ten foot pole.

make sure you use the fat free Raspberry vinagrette dressing, that's what "made it". Okay, that's all, maybe someone will enjoy it!

This is a cute story! Who would have thought Hooters would have such great food when the men in there,
most are not there for the food LOL.

Maybe if Heather ever holds a convention we could all meet her at HOOTERS. Because of the food ONLY LOL.
