Hello All,
Is it OK to eat pickled beets?
They should be all right but I just want to be sure!
Also are there others on this board who eat salads?
Thanks for your feedback!

Yes, I eat pickled beets all the time, some folks can, perhaps other can't. If you believe they are harmful, they might be for you! Just the thought that a certain food might give you problems, can kick in that brain-gut connection.
Your best help right now, as I have emailed to you, is to not worry about ONE setback, and to,take a break from reading writing and thinking about the two foods, salad and beets that maybe or maybe not caused a setback, and focus on all the may days you have been doing great!!! Everyone gets a tummy problem now and then, Move on now, and I think you will be better! ((HUGS))) to you hon, you will be ok.... Just take a break, listen to your fav music, go on a walk, a movie, get away from thinking about the one time setback, and try again with those foods later down the road...
All the best.
