Since 2007 & for all since.....
Aside from cooking in a skillet..I microwave in a butter flavored canola sprayed, deep enough glass dish, "uncovered" and it souffles (puffs)-doubles height;I use 1/3C pasturized liq. eggwhites (2 lg. eggwhites worth=10g protein) for "around" 1 min. 10 sec. You can put other ingredient in before cooking, but will take a little longer to cook. I also use a few sprays of liq. margarine, not too much.

I notice that if I try to eat a BIG meal, as in my pre IBS days, I am uncomfortably FULL for hours after this!
Does anyone else experience this? Is this another part of having IBS?
Also last night, I had back pain in my lower back. I think this was due to constipation?
-------------------- Originally diagnosed with IBS-C in Spring, 2008. During spring to fall of 2008, had at least 10 acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbs. IBS went into remission. IBS returned in late July 2013 after taking 2 oral contrasts for a CT scan for cancer follow up. Had more acupuncture with different practitioner in summer 2014, but received little benefit.
