Gas!

I have had unbelievable gas for the past few days...almost constant and wow...you can't be near me. Any suggestions? I take 1 tablespoon of acacia fiber 3 times a day (maybe too much?) but I still have difficulty with constipation and had to take Miralax 2 days this week. Maybe the mixing of Miralax and acacia??? I haven't eaten anything that produces gas in the past few days. I take Gas-X and Beano but no luck. I just can't figure out, after 6 weeks of the fiber, Peppermint pills, Fennel tea, and safe foods, why all of a sudden I'm like this. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It would be helpful if you could post the meals and snacks you have eaten in the past 2-3 days. It may give us some clues to help you

It can take more than six weeks of fiber and following the diet to get benefits. It could take a few months. Presumably you are following Heather's diet.
