I want to try some digestive enzymes. I noticed that lactase is a common ingredient. Is this FODMAP friendly? I'm assuming yes, as my understanding is that lactase is an enzyme that helps break down lactose.

Thanks!
Chris

Lactase is FODMAP friendly but always check the ingredients to make sure that the added ingredients if any are safe too.
