Hi everyone,

I was wondering if soy lecithin is considered FODMAPs safe. After some browsing, it appears that most consider it fine, but I wanted to see if anyone here has experience with this.

Thanks!
Chris

Lecithin is a fatty substance. FODMAPs are short chained carbohydrates. It should be ok

Good to know, 'cos that thing is pretty much in everything these days. I wouldn't be surprised if the air I breath is at least 5% soy lecithin.
