I've been taking slippery elm for my acid reflux. Does anyone know if that is FODMAPs safe? I assume it's a type of fiber, but not sure if's the rapidly fermentable kind.

And what about peanuts? I'm assuming they aren't safe since their a legumes, but most of the FODMAPs lists I've come across don't explicitly mention peanuts.

Thanks!
Chris

I don't know about slippery elm.

Peanuts are not on the FODMAP list. I have a peanut butter snack each evening
