Hi I'm new to this forum and having done a search and not finding an answer I wondered what you all had to drink instead of coffee. I was able to tolerate capuccino (using a 1/4 the recommended amount but since my last attack I've not been able to tolerate it. I have bought Bambu coffee substitute but am not sure if this is ok for heathers diet. Chicory is the same as inulin. It is a rapidly fermenting soluble fiber that causes gas and bloating in many individuals with IBS. You will have to experiment to see if it is okay for you.
