Caffiene substitute?

So, I drink a lot of caffiene... and I mean a lot. Between energy drinks and coffee, it's what keeps me going. I work full time and am in school full time and am trying to start up a side business so need all the energy I can get. Especially when I go camping once a month because I'm usually running around on a couple hours sleep a night. So, in order to cut out the caffiene... does anyone know of a good substitute that is safe for IBS and can still keep me going?

There aren't any safe stimulant drinks. Stimulant drinks tend to cause GI spasms. There are plenty of non-stimulant drinks like herbal teas.

Caution - some suggestions are not IBS safe so pick those that are. Or do things like reduce the amount of fat/oil and use an egg white instead of a whole egg in the muffin. The ground flax seed could be a problem for some people.

SERIOUSLY? How on earth is this safe?

Am I really the only one who has problems with too much fat in one meal? That first concoction is almost pure fat.

[I've tried VSL#3 -> I could tolerate v good amounts of IF (even with less SF), it worked great (but overall I find it too expensive)]
