So, I drink a lot of caffiene... and I mean a lot. Between energy drinks and coffee, it's what keeps me going. I work full time and am in school full time and am trying to start up a side business so need all the energy I can get. Especially when I go camping once a month because I'm usually running around on a couple hours sleep a night. So, in order to cut out the caffiene... does anyone know of a good substitute that is safe for IBS and can still keep me going?
Caution - some suggestions are not IBS safe so pick those that are. Or do things like reduce the amount of fat/oil and use an egg white instead of a whole egg in the muffin. The ground flax seed could be a problem for some people.
