Almond meal and almond milk: safe or unsafe

I know that nuts are IF, but almond meal is ground very fine. Does that make it safe? Especially with a SF base?

What about almond milk? Is this a good dairy alternative? I hate soy milk and rice milk. I don't even like almond milk, but at least I can tolerate it.

Thanks!

Some people can tolerate finely ground nuts while others can't. It is something you have to experiment with.

Almond milk is safe and many people use it as a dairy alternative.

Thank you! I'm so glad I can use almond milk.

I'll experiment with almond meal once I'm stable.
