Hi. I have had a 3 year battle trying to find answers. I pray someone can help me. I was on a lot of antibiotics about three years ago. When I went off of them I started getting yellow stool that burned. I realized I could no longer eat fast food. I started getting lots of gas. I took high doses of probiotics....believing it was yeast related. I then developed food sensitivities. If I eat a carrot.......it will come put so fast and I will get severe vertigo. I cut out gluten about 2years ago. I have about 12 foods I cannot eat because of the dizziness. For the past year I have eaten yeast free. I am sick and tired of yellow burning bile stool. I don't know how or what to eat anymore. Yeast free or ibs foods? I have been to drs.....and they just look at me. Does anyone else get dizzy with there ibs? Also...I could have 4 yellow stools in the morning and constipated brown stools at night. It's crazy. I need help. It seems like when I put the gluten in...it slows my stools down but it gives me bloody noses and reflux. Thank you for any insight. I am going to eat the safe foods to see how my body will do. I have done it before.....but the yeast got in the way.

Have you been diagnosed with IBS by your GP or a GI doctor? What did you GP say was producing the yellow stool and what suggestion was given to remedy this problem?

Dizziness is one of the non gastrointestinal ibs symptoms discussed during the presentation "Online chat on IBS and non-GI symptoms December 6, 2011". You can view it by following the link from the first entry in the thread now on "The Living Room" - this website.

Cheers.

I took the test in the link and have a lot of non gi symptoms - score of 14 but dizziness is not one of them.

Cheers.

I would demand a complete work-up by your GI doc (labs, scans, breath tests, etc.). I've never heard of yellow burning stool. Maybe something is wrong with your gallbladder? I saw a show on Discovery Channel not too long ago about Habba Syndrome
