I made that same mistake when it first came out ... and I didn't read the fine print, it says that it's for SLOW transition ... well I have the opposite ... RAPID ... so I had horrible pain and resulting diarrhea When my stomach pain is really bad, the one thing that I can usually go to is my nice warm heating pad and some down time ... sorry you're feeling poorly ... I know that pain too well ;(
Thanks for the response. I was hoping to hear of something to take for it. Guess it isn't that simple. I'm learning really fast that you must control your diet.
