hmm...really? what do you think? without even looking at the ingredients, you just gotta know it has caffeine. is that IBS safe? NOPE! you have your answer.

oh forgive me for being so STUUUPID...some triggers are NOT triggers for everyone so it's possible that the decaf version might have been okay..hence the posting...it only has about the equivalent of 1/2 cup coffee...tea (even caffenated) seems to calm my tummy...i was more worried about the other ingredients...but hey thanks for the sweeeet reply!!

you're welcome. u can look the other ingredients up on the internet. you did not state you can handle caffeine. you ask is it ibs safe? and caffeine is not, hence the posting.
you did not ask about a decaf version specifically.
