They do seem to help some but make me feel so dry all the time that I am trying the peppermint caps. I am having a problem as they seem to worsen the constipation instead of helping. I have tried Pepogest and Peppermint/Caraway all with the same reaction. Can anyone tell me why this would happen as I am really confused. I started with a month of Heather's Peppermint capsules - one hour before meals. I tried the same way with Pepogest and Regimint. Each one brought the same reaction.
