It has no fructose but it is unlikely to have any benefits for IBS or digestive problems.

It says "it can be used to support a varitey of digestive problems." The word support doesn't mean it will help IBS or any other digestive disorder. Essentially, this sentence says nothing! This sort of wording is a marketing technique frequently used by supplement vendors to infer something that they cannot say for regulatory reason which frequently means there is no clinical evidence for the claim other than hearsay or folklore.
