Just curious if lobster/crab meat is considered IBS safe.

Moreover, should you avoid certain part of it, like with chicken we IBSers must avoid thigh/dark meat.
Shouldwe eat only lobster tail/claws and avoid the green stuff and with crabs, avoid the yellow stuff or is it all good!?

The white meat is definitely safe.

Best to avoid the liver and digestive system "tomalley" in the lobster (green stuff) where all of the pollutants accumulate - it can be eaten and some people consider it a delicacy. And avoid the yellow "mustard" and the lungs (sometimes called the devil's fingers) in crab - it is also called "tomalley". PCBs and other toxins can accumulate in the "tomalley".
