would be interested in people's experience with this!
how much have you tried and what did you eat it with, and was there a SFS added?

before: IBS-D(pseudo-diarrhoea), bloating, often unbearable pain esp from too much fat: Apr 2007- Dec 2010

[I've tried VSL#3 -> I could tolerate v good amounts of IF (even with less SF), it worked great (but overall I find it too expensive)]

I eat mushrooms quite a bit. I'll eat them on a homemade pizza sauteed in a little bit of olive oil with some garlic. I've also eaten them in sauces. Sometimes I'll marinate them and roast them in the oven with other vegetables like carrots, onions, peppers, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to watch how much of the other vegetables you eat though because they can cause a problem. I usually eat it with chicken. I don't eat barley so I'm not sure about that.
