i've gone through some tests and my family doc just told me that some people just have slow systems have more fiber,and the GI doc thinks that it sounds like IBS. i've been using the tummy fibre and cooking with the eating for IBS cook book. but i don;t get it i still feel bloated and get gas. i still feel really fat sometimes. i also still get constipation for a few days at a time sometimes, though its not as bad before i started. i've also lack energy. i feel alone in this and get frustrated easy at all the new changes i need to do. i really crave my favorite chocolate too, m&ms. does anyone have any suggestions for me. thanks
