seasoning blends, Mrs. Dash, and others

has anybody on the board had problems with seasoning blends such as Mrs. Dash, Herbs de Provence, Garlic seasonings?
since i am newly diagnosed, i am being careful about using anything other than a light sprinkle of kosher salt on my food. would appreciate some feedback on this. thanks.

I have never had any problems using any kind of seasonings. I don't usually use Mrs. Dash but I use a lot of Herbs de Provence and lots of garlic seasonings without any trouble.

thanks! i adore garlic especially. i just got the Eating for IBS cookbook, and was happy to know that garlic is favorable.
if anybody knows of any seasonings that might not be well tolerated, such as fresh or dehydrated Rosemary, would appreciate hearing. am guessing fresh herbs would be more easily tolerated? anybody care to comment on this?

I also have Heather's Eating for IBS cookbook and love it! She uses all kinds of herbs and seasongs in her recipes. I have been cooking from the book for over a year now and it's been fun using some of the specialty ingredients in her recipes. I am so grateful for this cookbook!
