Are you IBS-D, IBS-C or IBS-A.
The IF from the seeds in blueberries are a problem for me.

It can be a couple of things causing the gas.
Even though bananas (if not overripe) are low in fructose, in general i read that they are a very gassy fruit. Or maybe its a little too much fiber for you. High fiber foods can cause gas.
If you can, try an almond milk without carraggean (Almond dream) to see if you are sensitive to that, I am for some reason.
Also you can try to get an unsweetened almond milk to see if you are sensitive to too much of the sugar. The chocolate one especially tends to have a lot of cane juice which is why it tastes so yummy. There is an unsweetened chocolate one though that you can add some stevia too to make sweeter if the sugar is a problem. Better for you anyways. Too much sugar in the long run will weaken your digestive function.

Yes - they are perfectly find from an excess fructose perspertive. However, they contain a lot of insoluble fiber which for me is a serious trigger. I don't eat berries of any kind because of the IF particularly from in the seeds and skins. However, I do extract the juice from them and use it in drinks and sauces.

I don't make smoothies If I did here is what I would do.
I would thaw 3-4 cups of frozen mixed berries, mash them in a pot and strain them using a jelly bag. Save the juice concentrate in the fridge. Put mash back in pot and add 2 cups water. Mash again and strain. Save this weaker concentrate in the fridge.
Make a rice, almond or soy smoothie in a blender adding 1/2 banana and 2-3 tablespoons per serving of the juice concentrate.
I add 1/4 cup of the weaker juice concentrate to 3/4 cup water with ice to make a refreshing drink.
The juice concentrate is loaded with vitamins and antioxidants as well as some SF from the pectin but it is devoid of the troublesome IF from the skins and seeds.

You can try pulp free orange or grapefruit juice. I drink them both regularly sometimes with a tablespoon of berry concentrate.
