I've looked on Frito Lay's Rold Gold website, and it appears that, shockingly, NONE of the products are casein-free. According to http://www.fritolay.com/our-snacks/rold-gold.html, none of the (delicious ) items appear to have the website's "Casein-free" label (the square label with a diagonal line over what I think is a cheese circle ). I think my aunt says that since they're baked, the baking process takes away the casein. I'm not 100% sure, so does anyone know the case of this? Thanks!

Check the ingredients (click on nutritional label) in the unflavored pretzels. Rold-Gold classic pretzel sticks, thins and rods don't contain casein.

Casein is a protein that is not destroyed by heating or baking.
