I'm doing MUCH better since eliminating wheat from my diet but I'm not sure I'm all the way there. I'm still usually a 5-6 on the bristol stool chart. should i be concerned with this at all? I think I've always been this way but it would be nice if these things were a little less urgent.

I've been drinking peppermint tea twice a day to see if it helps slow down my gut. it seems to be helping although not as much as i hoped.

I am pretty much a 5-6 as well....every now and then a little better than that! I don't know what others think but, I really try to focus on how I'm feeling because I have had "perfect" stool but felt terrible, so, how are you feeling?

I'm feeling pretty good but i'm still in recovery. Learning to accept normal indigestion as just that, rather than IMPENDING DOOM.

Completely understand....have spent alot of time on NOT going down that path of impending doom everytime I feel bad or have a setback. It's much better to acknowledge the times when things are going well. It takes some work but in the long run, it's worth it...
