Today, I decided to come up with an easy way to "fight" my feelings of stress during the day. So, I somehow came up with flexing my hand , grabbing something, sort of like what people do to stress balls. So, I decided to actually use one. Ever since a few minutes ago, I started using one of my grandpa's. I'm hoping this will help me on my journey to stopping my stress! I've been wondering, though, if any one here has heard of any success, and/or has any tips/advice.
Thanks, all!

Stress ball are a good thing for relieving stress. However, good cardio exercise where you get your heart working good and hard for 20-25 minutes would be even better,
