Gerikat - There are books written about fructose intolerance and how even some infants given apple juice experience severe pain from it. My last gastro reccomended a fructose free diet even witout a breath test. Fructose intolerance is real!

Yes, I meant add bananas as a base and add to it what you can tolerate. Most can handle bananas. And I have had just banana smoothies, but then again I LOVE bananas.
Yes, I can handle all fruits/honey Never been an issue. Of course, fructose has never been on my mind.
