Just so everyone knows, when I casually have cereal with milk, nowadays I drink Lactaid's 100% Lactose-free 1% milk-fat milk. Just so everyone knows. And I don't really think it causes me problems.

Read the section on "Milk and IBS" in the last article in my signature. As you will see lactose in milk is not the only problem for people with IBS. Lactaid milk may not be providing you with any benefits. You may have to remove from your diet completely. The only way to know for sure is to remove from your diet for 3-4 weeks.
